It can be absolutely any type or kind of characters. They can also be non-anthroporphic.
In addition, you can order the design of any creatures, weapons or objects. Just email me if you have any questions!

Terms of service

By purchasing my art services you agree with the following conditions. Please read this carefully.

My working hours

My working hours are from 11 am to 19 pm on weekdays (Moscow time). I don't work and don't respond to commission-related messages on weekends and non-working hours.

Waiting list and queue (trello)

1. Waiting list submissions are available only when I notify about it.
I can refuse to place you on the waiting list (but this is rare and only happens due to a large number of requests).
2. It is desirable that you have the opportunity to make payment when submitting a request. If you need additional time before paying, please let me know (in "anything else that needs to be mentioned" part of the form).
3. The queue in the waiting list moves according to the type of commissions.
4. If it's your turn and you refuse to pay for the slot/start working twice, then I have the right to remove you from the waiting list.- When you complete the commission form, you are first placed on a "waiting list" group.
- About a couple of days before I'm ready to start working on your request, I'll write to you and let you know about it. If you are ready to pay, you will be transferred to the "queue" group.
- After payment and start of work, you will be transferred to the "in progress" group.

Payment

1. Fees are non-refundable.
2. All payments upfront.
For commissions with a hight cost (over 250$), partial prepayment is possible (only if you have already commissioned something from me before). The full cost should be paid within 3 days after you see the sketch. Other cases are discussed personally.3. Payment methods:

- EasyStart (with stripe / alternative method upon discussion for now).
- Buymeacoffee (soon)For now I have no other payment alternatives. If anything changes, I will change information here.5. On Boosty payment is converted into rubles, so the final cost may differ slightly in one direction or another, depending on the current exchange rate. I count at the exchange rate of the central bank on the day of payment.
6. The price may be changed after discussing all the details with the customer. Final price depends on the commission complexity.
7. A partial refund is only possible if I can't complete the work and notify you about this.
8. If at the moment of payment it turns out that you were not ready to use the specified payment methods (Boosty and EasyStart), I have the right to refuse to work with you.
9. If, for some reason beyond my control, there are problems with payment (for example, if it is delayed for an indefinite period of time due to platform errors), I have the right to change your place in the queue and take another commission even if partial payment has already been made. I always try to accommodate in such situations, but sometimes the financial situation forces me to take another work until the problems are resolved. In such situation, I will start working on your commission immediately after full payment.

Additional charges

1. Additional characters are +100% of the base price
2. Complicated armor and character designs (collage from different references) may be up for extra fees, upon agreement
3. The price per background depends on the type of commission.
4. Extra fee for short terms of work / multiple versions.All other surcharges and extras are indicated in commission forms.

Work process

1. For Illustrations: edits to the composition can be made during sketching phase, color corrections when I send you the flat-colored WIP.
Small fixes are free (up to 10 per art). Major corrections (adding or changing large parts, poses, etc.) are for an additional fee, which is discussed with the client.
Sketches of different composition options are available only for "illustration scene" type of commissions.
For designs: edits to the commission can be made before the stage of shading / rendering. Small fixes are free (up to 10 per art). Major corrections (adding or changing large parts, poses, color palette etc.) are for an additional fee, which is discussed with the client.
2. Let me know if your commission is time sensitive.
3. Private commissions are acceptable. Let me know if you don't want me to post it anywhere (in this case, a privacy surcharge will be charged), or if you wish your identity to be anonymous.
4. I have two months (three for designs) to finish the work. If after the expiration of the period you did not receive your order, you can demand a refund and an explanation from me. Usually, if I do not finish the job, I warn about it.
I can give only a particular refund if this happens.

1. Wait until commissions are opened and free slots appear. I write about that on my social networks (twitter, devianart, tumblr) and discord. Also, information about the number of slots is displayed in a google form.

Payment instructions & tips

Boosty

Basic information

Boosty is a content monetization platform owned by MY.GAMES (Amsterdam, Netherlands). At the moment it is one of the most popular platforms for receiving payments in my country. There are several important features in working with it, which I will describe below.For any questions do not hesitate to use official Boosty support, they can speak english too.

Payment process

My Boosty page: https://boosty.to/birmit1. I write to you and notify you of the exact cost of the commission on the day of payment. On Boosty payment is converted into rubles, so the final cost may differ slightly in one direction or another, depending on the current exchange rate. According to my TOS, I count at the exchange rate of the central bank on the day of payment.
2. Then I create a goal or paid post/message on Boosty and give you information about it (both link to my page and screenshot).
3. After receiving the information, you will need to log in to the Boosty website and go to my page.
4. Then you can use this instruction to make payment:
In this instruction there is a note that it is recommended to pay in rubles, not in dollars. Ideally, you need to do like this. But if payment in rubles does not work, you can try another currency. The main thing is that in the end the goal on Boosty should be completely filled.

Tips for Boosty payment errors

Unfortunately, Boosty periodically has problems with payment. In most cases, they are easy to solve with the help of these tips.General tips in case of errors
1. Pay from your computer/laptop, not from your phone.
2. Split payment into smaller parts (under 100$).
3. Try in a couple of hours/tomorrow.
4. Change browser.
5. Change payment method.
6. Disable AD blockers / VPN.
7. Login in incognito mode.
8. Clear browser cache.
9. Rebind the payment methodIf the payment by card fails:
1. Check that the correct card payment method is selected (for non RF/Russian cards).
2. If the card is already linked (shown in the interface), try unlinking it and making payment "using a new payment method".
3. Contact the support of your bank - most likely your card does not support confirmation via 3D-secure, which is a prerequisite for Boosty. Ask the bank to connect 3Ds for your card. If this is not possible, then you will have to use another card or PayPal.
4. Try splitting the payment into several smaller ones (less than $100).If the payment by PayPal fails:
1. Contact PayPal support and clarify why the payment is not going through.
2. If PayPal support claims that the problem is not on their side, try to split the payment.
3. Top up (replenish) your PayPal balance.
3. Try to make payment from PayPal balance, not card linked to PP (works in 90%).
4. If you have been charged but the payment status is "Pending", you need to contact PayPal support as soon as possible. This payment status means that the funds are frozen by the platform and will be returned to you within a few business days. In order to push the payment, you need to contact support.
